What a fantastic volunteering experience for the RDA National Championships 2023 from 14th - 16th July 2023 at Hartpury University & College, Gloucestershire!
I had a fantastic experience volunteering at the RDA National Championships 2023 as part of the communication department for RDA UK. Last weekend, I helped with the live stream and engaged with the audience on social media and did some behind the scenes over the weekend. It was a pleasure to work with the team and contribute to such an important event.
I am incredibly honoured to have received the RDA UK Volunteer of the Year award from RDA ambassador Sophie Christiansen CBE. This award recognises my work as the Regional Publicity Officer for the RDA's North Midlands region. Read out more about my award achievement - click here!
I received the RDA UK Volunteer of the Year award from Sophie Christiansen CBE at the Supporters' Reception during the Championships.
